I'm a Personal Trainer specialising in body transformations!
Exercising didn't always come easy to me. Being obese from a young age, I had to change my way of thinking about food and exercise. It saved my life!
My confidence grew and now, I support my clients with their fitness goals whilst improving their confidence and teaching about healthy living.
I strive to show my clients how to set goals and smash them through a tailored exercise programme and diet advice.
It is crucial to me that as my client, you are fully supported throughout your journey. Taking care of your body and your mind.

I joined Lauren for her 2019 New Year Empowerment Project. Originally signed up for 8 week but after 4 weeks in I decided to do the the full 12 week programme as I loved it that much. Lauren has helped me not only with equipment and techniques but she's also helped with my attitude and mentality towards how i view myself and the way I eat.
