I would describe myself as a

Mental health is a crucial part of coaching when working with my clients and this is something that is so important to me. I work with clients to focus more on enjoying training; to find ways for them to work towards their goals and build on strength and confidence.

Together, we will strive to build a more positive relationship with movement, whilst developing your strength and mobility.

We will set mini goals that are achievable and you will have my support every step of the way!

I've struggled with my self-esteem and weight from a young age. I know how hard it can be to even consider a Personal Trainer but I am here to help, judgement free.
