MY FITNESS JOURNEY
At the age of 17, I was size 22 and miserable.
I struggled for years to lose body fat and improve my feelings of self-worth. My happiness, health and confidence slowly deteriorating, until I made the only New Years resolution I ever kept. I lost 10 stone.
By god, it wasn't easy and I had no idea what I was doing. Restricting and punishing myself for years, made me develop an eating disorder and issues surrounding my body image.
I was seriously unwell and knew I needed help. I had two years of psychotherapy to heal and unpack the trauma that, that young woman went through.
This is why I became a coach.
To help people like you when you're going through your own struggles. I want to be a guide to help you in a safe way, whilst building your confidence and self-worth.
I want to make sure not one of my clients feel like they are alone. You have me to support you in your journey!
