
GROUP TRAINING
Group Training offers you chance to work on your fitness with a couple of your friends. It's better if your friends are of a similar fitness level so you can get the most out of the joint session!
This option is great for people who want to support one another both inside and outside the gym!
Maximum of 3 to a group, to ensure I am delivering the highest quality service to you individually, when working on improving your fitness levels.
You will all have personalised training programs. These will follow a similar structure so you are able to still train together when smashing your own sessions.
Your progress will be tracked individually, on a weekly basis. This will be done through taking measurements, activity logging, step count, calorie count and overall wellbeing.
