Private 1-2-1 coaching is the best way to introduce you to the gym. You will have my undivided attention.

Together we will work towards developing your confidence in the gym, through techniques ensuring correct form, flexibility improvement and body conditioning.

We will collaboratively structure and implement a plan, which will be tailored to your goals.

Your progress will be tracked on a weekly basis, through taking measurements, activity logging, step count, calorie count and overall wellbeing. Tackling any problems you may have, AS A TEAM!


1 Month - 4 sessions
